San Francisco font more readable first appeared on Apple Watch in September 2014, the first SmartWatch company which was released last month. Given the smaller displays used 38mm and 42mm versions of Apple Watch, Apple chose San Francisco for readability.
The news comes could not be better for many iPhone users have complained that the choice of iOS 7 Helvetica Neue considering that not so legible. According to 9to5Mac, the decision to change the font is and give a refresh operating system, iOS and OS X doing that does not stagnate.
Installing a new font is not as simple as it sounds. This requires Apple to easily modify all applications in iOS and OS X for them to accommodate the new font. The Apple began to include the new font for new versions of applications and operating system in late March.
And application developers have started to redesign them using San Francisco. However, those from 9to5Mac also says that although Apple has begun to redraw the operating systems to accommodate the printing Apple Watch, chances are that Apple choose to keep Helvetica Neue this year and postpone or abandon the plan with San Francisco.
The folks at Apple will present new OS at WWDC to be held on June 8.
