Top Smartphones USA - Samsung Galaxy Note 4 better than iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus

When it comes to smartphones, perhaps most importantly thing  is customer satisfaction - in the US, Samsung exceed expectation very well in this chapter.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 won first place in a ranking of customer satisfaction, surpassing the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, according to a survey conducted by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI).



Note 4 launched in October 2014 earned a score of 86 points, the first detached - 2nd place were the 4 phones with the same score, 82. iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, Galaxy Note and Galaxy S5 three were in the second position.

Last flagship of the Samsung Galaxy S6 was not available when the top was made so that was not included in the survey.

In terms of manufacturers of smartphones, Samsung and Apple have been tied, being an increase of 1% for all Apple and decrease by one percent for Samsung.
