Apple wants to ban several Samsung products in US, including the Galaxy S III smartphone

Only a week after a  victory in court which earned $ 1 billion in damages from Samsung, Apple accused patent infringement  of four South Korean products.

According to a document submitted to the court, Apple called "at least 21 new smartphones, media players and tablets from Samsung launched in august 2011 to august 2012". Apple list contains 22 products, according to The Verge.

Some of them have done just ended the lawsuit, but are mentioned by Apple for infringement of other patents.



The 4 Samsung products that Apple wants to stop the sale are two models Galaxy S III, Galaxy Note and Galaxy Note 10.1. Apple tried to ban U.S. sales of the Galaxy S III in June, before launching smartphone, but the judge did not accept because of troubles related to the program.

After the victory last week, Apple took courage, and language request to extend the ban to several Samsung products leave open the possibility of supplementing the list.
Many of the products that Apple has already obtained off sale no longer on the market, and those that are not will be banned sooner than December. It is expected further tough action against current offer products from Samsung, viizand another victory in court or settled amicably, writes The Verge.

List of products which Apple claims Samsung infringes its patents: Galaxy S III, Galaxy S III (Verizon), Galaxy Note, Galaxy S II Skyrocket, Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch, Galaxy S II, Galaxy S II (T-Mobile) , Galaxy S II (AT & T), Galaxy Nexus, Illusion, Captivate Glide, Exhibit II 4G, Stratosphere, Transform Ultra, Admire, Conquer 4G, Dart, Galaxy Player 4.0, Galaxy Player 5.0, Galaxy Note 10.1, Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and Galaxy Table 8.9.

American giant won last weekend in a California federal court, one of the most pursued lawsuits against Samsung. The jury decided that several South Korean company's products infringe six patents of Apple in the design and interface and asked Samsung to pay damages of $ 1.05 billion.

Apple and Samsung are judged in 30 trials on 4 continents on patents for technologies used in the construction, design and interface for smartphones and tablet PCs. Between the two companies began a rivalry phone market last "smart", dominated by Samsung and iPhone products, while South Korean company remains one of the leading suppliers of electronic components to Apple, mainly chips memory and microprocessors, based on several contracts billion.
